About Us

Our carpet cleaning process starts with us arriving at your home and performing a pre-cleaning analysis, this helps our team identify any problem areas, and gives a chance for you, the customer to meet our carpet professional.

After the pre-cleaning analysis is complete, our carpet pros go to work by applying a pretreatment solution deep into the carpet fiber, this help to loosen any dirt that may be embedded into the fibers. Pretreatment is followed by a special high-powered extraction, to remove the dirt and cleaning solution.

Once the extraction process is complete, you can be assured that our team will provide a post-cleaning analysis to assure that you are completely satisfied with the work.We leave you with a soft and comfortable feel, fresh and renewed smell, and a deep and professional clean that lasts.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

All of our carpet cleaning technicians are sent out with best-in-class van-mounted Prochem cleaning equipment. These heavy duty machines are designed to extract the toughest of stains again and again, all day long and year around. Our business depends on quality, and so do you, and that’s why they’re our machine of choice.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOUR SERVICE

Do I need to vacuum?
We recommend it. While you’re not required to vacuum before we come, doing so can help remove sand, dirt and other debris from surfaces. Likewise, your carpets and other flooring will wear better when you vacuum them regularly — once or twice a week.

What should I do to prepare my home for carpet cleaning?
Please remove as much as you can from the area you want us to clean. This includes children’s toys, rugs, pet beds and even furniture, if possible. If you have anything breakable or fragile in the area, please move it out of the way.

How long does it take for my carpet to dry?
This varies. Everything from the season to the outdoor temperature to the environment of your home can impact how long it takes for carpets to dry. That said, immediately after cleaning, you can expect your carpet to be only slightly damp to the touch. It should dry completely within 10 to 24 hours. You can speed the process by setting your thermostat at 70 degrees or higher in the winter, turning on a dehumidifier, running fans and, in the summer, opening doors and windows.

What should I do after my carpets are cleaned?
After a carpet cleaning, you may walk on damp carpets with bare feet right away. Otherwise, please give your floors time to dry completely before using. If you notice any new spots immediately after we’ve cleaned an area, please contact us immediately so we can fix them at no extra cost to you.
